Shields Family

Have you ever experienced a day where you feel so blessed and filled with joy that you’re practically overflowing? Well, that describes my day last Thursday when I had the chance to meet and photograph the Shields family!

Liz, a dear friend from high school, emailed me a couple weeks ago asking if I’d be able to photograph her sister, Sue, and her family as a gift to celebrate and honor Sue, as a beloved mother, wife and sister. To say that I was thrilled for the opportunity would be an understatement :)

I absolutely LOVED photographing this family. The joy and love that they share is beautiful and inspiring! They have touched my life and heart forever and for that I am so very thankful and blessed. I pray that when you view these images of precious memories that you will experience a blessing as well!

Enjoy!

So…I could have kept shooting for hours, but I don’t think the boys would have been up for that ;) After they ran off (literally), I had fun snapping a few more portraits :)

Words cannot express the love I feel when I viewed these pictures! Even though I am Jack’s mom and probably alittle partial, there is so much love and laughter in this family and you did a wonderful job of capturing it!

What beautiful pictures! You caught each of them as they really are. The expressions, actions and the true essence of who they are, are in each photo. Thanks for a wonderful job of our dear family.
